Return to Play (COVID-19): Red Phase – Section of Zone 4 (Edmundston Region)

IMPORTANT UPDATE: (COVID-19) Red phase: section of Zone 4 (Edmundston Region)

Soccer New Brunswick has been monitoring the most recent developments with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) for New Brunswick. Effective 6:00pm last evening a Red Level circuit breaker has been announced for a section of Zone 4 (Edmundston region), including Edmundston and the upper Madawaska region. The rest of Zone 4, including Grand Falls, Kedgwick, Saint-Quentin, and Saint-Léonard, will remain in the Yellow level for now, along with the rest of the province. A map of the circuit breaker area is available online. The area will remain in the Red level for at least four days

Soccer in the section of Zone 4 (Edmundston region) known as the circuit breaker Red Level will be suspended.

The rest of the Province will remain in Yellow and will continue phase 3 of the Soccer New Brunswick Return To Play

To ensure the health and safety of our players, coaches, match officials and administrators, Soccer New Brunswick recommends that all Members and Clubs and Programs in the Province communicate to their members of the required suspension of soccer operations.
